We process orders on a daily basis Mon-Friday 9am – 3pm All items are sent with Royal Mail first class this usually takes around 2-5 days. If you have not received your order within a week, please send a message with your order details to info@tailsfrommetoyou.co.uk or contact us here. We will endeavour to make sure your package arrives within our stated time frame.
If you receive a defective product and it has been damage in transit then please send us details on an email to info@tailsfrommetoyou.co.uk with an attached photo so that we can resolve in the best way possible.
We do not offer refunds on books unless damage in transit with clear evidence.
